- To lend Qualitative, Practical & Logical trainings to the Youth of the area through Handloom , Batik ,Carpentering, Clay, Coir, Welding (Minor Engineering works) and other Industrial Training Centers spread within the North Western Province and concentrate them for self employments
- Creation of Training Opportunities on behalf of various Training Necessities.
- To bring forth of high quality Industrialists through conducting Training Programs to the Rural Community.
- To develop the qualitative nature of the Practical Training and to promote the living condition of the Mechanists to a high level through the orders taken by the Department and to complete those orders by Trained Mechanists.
- Productions to be done on high standard for the Orders received to the Department & to manufacture equipments for the Local & Foreign Market.
- Data to be collected and updated about the Hand Craftsmen and Small Scale Industrialists spread within the North Western Province.
- To improve the living condition of the Hand Craftsmen and Small Scale Industrialists by implementing various programs.
